Renin is not a hormone but an enzyme, secreted by juxtaglomerular cells of kidney. Its role is to convert angiotensinogen to angiotensin I, not angiotensin I to II.
ANF (Atrial Natriuretic Factor) is secreted from the atria of heart (not ventricles). It reduces blood pressure by promoting excretion and vasodilation.
ADH (Antidiuretic hormone/vasopressin) is secreted by the neurohypophysis (posterior pituitary), not adenohypophysis. It decreases water loss by increasing water reabsorption, not increasing it.
Aldosterone is a mineralocorticoid hormone from the adrenal cortex. It increases and water reabsorption in DCT and collecting duct, thereby increasing blood volume and pressure.
